Talk to us

Grow your brand in Europe.

We run European ecommerce for consumer brands. That covers marketplaces, online stores, advertising and compliance, and the daily operations that hold everything together. You can hand us a single channel or the entire operation.

AI is built into every part of how we work: reporting, advertising reviews, creative and customer service. Your team gets the analysis in hours, not days, so every decision moves faster.

  • 15 yearsin European ecommerce
  • Senior rolesin PE-backed consumer brands
  • 11 marketplacesoperated across Europe

The platforms we manage

  • Amazon
  • Shopify
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • eBay
  • OTTO

Operators,not advisers.

We don’t hand over a strategy and leave. We run the accounts, the stock and the advertising, and we’re responsible for the results.

What we do

Two ways to work with us.

Some brands come to us to enter a new market. Others already sell across Europe and want the business run better, or more profitably. We work as your agency, running your channels while you keep the stock, or as your distributor, buying the stock and carrying the commercial risk. Either way, we agree the priorities first and measure every decision against them.

Marketplaces

Amazon and European marketplaces

We run accounts on Amazon across Europe and on every other major EU marketplace: account setup, listings and brand stores, advertising, FBA replenishment. We also handle the registrations and documentation each country requires before a product can be sold there. Most brands underestimate that part, and it is where launches are delayed.

What we take on
  • Seller and Vendor accounts, listings and brand stores
  • Advertising and organic ranking for every product
  • FBA planning and country compliance: packaging declarations, producer registrations, EU Responsible Person

Online stores

Online stores, built for each market

We build and improve Shopify stores for each market: language, pricing, payment methods and delivery terms that match local expectations. We run the advertising and email as well, so the offer a customer sees in an ad is the offer they find at checkout.

What we take on
  • Store builds, localisation and checkout conversion
  • Google and Meta advertising, with AI-assisted creative and weekly testing
  • Email and retention for the customers you already have

Profitability

Profit by product, channel and country

Most brands hold sales in one system, advertising in another and product costs in a spreadsheet. We bring them together so you can see what each product earns after fees, fulfilment and advertising, by channel and by country. The result usually changes which products get the budget.

What we take on
  • Tracking and attribution that reconcile
  • Pricing and budget decisions based on your contribution margin
  • Reporting for management, boards and investors

AI workflows

AI workflows built on your data

AI already runs through everything above. We also build workflows your own team can use, on your sales, market research and the record of past decisions. Each one prepares the analysis and a recommendation, and your team approves what goes live. Every result is logged, so the next review starts from evidence rather than memory.

What we take on
  • Market and competitor research tied to your sales and margin data
  • Campaign reviews with recommendations and implementation checks
  • A searchable record of decisions, tests and outcomes

Five questions, answered

What happens to your brand with us?

Handing your brand to an operator or distributor in a new market is a real risk. Below is how we answer the five questions every founder asks before signing with anyone.

Sales

Sell through, then reorder.

Before each year starts, we build a sales forecast for every market, broken down by product. It sets the stock each market needs, the advertising budget and the reorders you can plan production around.

What founders ask

Will you sell enough to keep reordering?

Price

Prices that hold steady.

Each market has its own fees, VAT and delivery costs, so we price every product market by market and review the prices with you. Because stock is planned against a yearly forecast, prices stay steady through the year in every market.

What founders ask

Will my prices hold up across Europe?

Brand

Your brand, fluent in every market.

Listings, images and A+ content are built from your brand guidelines and translated by native speakers for each market. You see and approve the main listing content in every language before any of it goes live.

What founders ask

Will my brand look like my brand in every market?

Stock

In stock, all year.

On Amazon, running out of stock costs search ranking that can take months to win back. We track stock for each product against the yearly forecast and reorder before any market runs low.

What founders ask

Will it stay in stock?

Reporting

You see what we see.

Every month you get sales, prices, stock and customer reviews for each market, in one report. When something goes wrong, such as a stock delay or a bad review, you hear it from us first.

What founders ask

Will I still know what is happening to my brand?

Practical AI

AI does the legwork.
People take the decisions.

We use AI to do in hours what used to take days: reading customer reviews, comparing competitor listings and choosing which ads to test next. The numbers behind every decision are calculated directly from your data, never estimated by AI.

New markets

2–3 daysto get listings live, once we have your product data

Native speakers translate the listings, images and A+ content for each marketplace, while AI prepares the product details and keywords each one requires.

Customer service

Under 2 hoursto reply during business hours, in the customer’s language

AI pulls up the order, the product and every past conversation the moment a message arrives. Our team then replies in the customer’s language, with the full picture in front of them.

Advertising

5–10new ad creatives tested for each brand every week

AI reads customer reviews and last week’s results to suggest the next creatives to test. Our team checks every product claim and the brand’s tone before an ad runs.

AI workflows

Want the same for your own team?
